When an ONNIT® member is ready, willing and able to purchase or sell a home, ONNIT® will share our intellectual property (ONNIT® member) ONNIT will contact a real estate company in the area that you are purchasing or selling a home and collect a referral fee from the real estate company upon the Purchase or sale of your home anywhere in the U.S., Proceeds from fees paid to ONNIT® are used to pay ONNIT® Cash directly to you following the closing of your transaction.

Alaska, Louisiana and Oklahoma do not allow rewards.

Kansas and Tennessee allow a MasterCard MAX gift card.

Mississippi, New Jersey, and Oregon may allow a commission reduction at closing.

The ONNIT® ''Cash'' is only available to Purchasers and Sellers of homes who are registered (ONLINE) as lifetime members of ONNIT®.

REFERRALS: If a real estate company or agent obtains your contact information from an outside source as a referral, they are obligated to pay a referral fee to that source. ONNIT® partner companies agree to donate a reduced amount on a sale or purchase based on the cost of the referral that they pay. If you use a referral company, the amount you receive from ONNIT® will be based on the amount ONNIT® receives as a donation after the real estate company pays the referral. Please ask your agent if they received your information from a referral source.
